How we started
Jarvis Housing started with a simple idea: families deserve a landlord who actually picks up the phone — and someone on the other end who can do something about it. Most rental portfolios get handed off to property management companies that route every request through ticket queues and overseas call centers, where the person you're talking to has no authority to fix the thing you called about. We took the opposite approach: keep the operation tight, manage everything in-house, and make sure the team that owns the home is the same team that answers your call. Every property is hand-picked, renovated to a real standard, and built to last.
What we believe
A home is more than a house
Birthdays, holidays, school mornings, hard days — the home you rent is where life actually happens. We respect that, and we manage every property like we know it.
You're not a ticket number
Big property management companies route every request through portals, queues, and call centers. We don't. When something breaks, you talk to a real person who knows the home — and who has the authority to fix it.
Roots, not rotations
We're not in the business of churning tenants. We want families who stay, kids who grow up in the same school district, neighbors who know each other. The longer you're here, the better the block becomes — and the better the home gets.
